FITNESS in general faced a lot of problems during and after this PANDAMIC LOCKDOWN, by no means we say that it was that the fitness industry was perfect before this global crisis but it faced a big downfall.
While everyone around the globe was self isolating themselves to protect people around our fitness , be it physical or mental was challenged to its limits. All public places for physical training were closed and being locked up in a confined space was eating up our mental health.
But with the world resetting slowly to the new normal we need to jump back on track with our mind and body.
we need to not just support or help but also encourage everyone around us to get back up and start working on our mind and body.
